I am not a local ( i.e NZ ) purchaser but very well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry so reliability and trust are a very important aspect to me as was the conveyance of accurate reliable information.

I mention this as it is very unusual for a legal firm to compliment any agent let alone compliment Sean as highly as they did and of which they did with no other agenda other than absolute admiration for Sean's professionalism , so to me this is all but the highest praise an agent could get which Sean well deserves.
